I Owe You One

Fixie Farr cannot help herself. Straightening a crooked object, removing a barely-there stain, helping out a friend — she just has to put things right. When a handsome stranger in a coffee shop asks her to watch his laptop for a moment, Fixie not only agrees, she ends up saving it from certain disaster. To thank her, the computer owner, Sebastian, scribbles her an IOU. As Fixie and Sebastian cash in favors for each other, they start to realize they might be able to tackle their biggest problems — if only they can admit what is truly holding them back. A story about family, self-discovery, and learning to stop fixing everyone else long enough to fix yourself.
