How do I install the browser extension?

The MoodReads browser extension is currently in beta. Join the waitlist to get early access when we launch publicly on the Chrome Web Store.

Why isn't my book showing up?

We're continuously adding books to our database. If a book you're looking for isn't showing spice ratings yet:

• Premium users can request on-demand enrichment
• Free users can email us with book requests at jenny@moodreads.app

How do I upgrade to premium?

Visit your account page and click "Upgrade to Premium" to unlock unlimited lookups and advanced features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. Not satisfied? Get a full refund within 14 days of purchase - just email jenny@moodreads.app.

The extension isn't working on Goodreads. What do I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Refresh the Goodreads page
• Check that the extension is enabled (chrome://extensions)
• Make sure you're on a book page (goodreads.com/book/show/*)
• Clear your browser cache and reload

How is spice level determined?

Spice levels are curated from community reviews, reader consensus, and content analysis. We use a 5-level scale:

• Fade to Black: No explicit content
• Mild: Some sensuality, closed door scenes
• Moderate: On-page spice, not graphic
• Steamy: Detailed intimate scenes
• Explicit: Very detailed, frequent spice

How do I delete my account?

Email me at jenny@moodreads.app with your account email, and I'll delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.
