Synopsis
Cam Emerson has her dream job at Wasted Words, a book bar in New York City where she is equal parts manager, bartender, comic book dealer, and self-appointed matchmaker. She has a theory: everyone belongs on a specific shelf. Jocks with jocks, nerds with nerds. Then her former roommate sends Tyler Knight as a replacement -- six-foot-six ex-NFL tight end turned sports agent -- and suddenly her very neat system has a problem. Tyler does not fit any shelf she has. And worse, he seems to know it. A modern retelling of Jane Austen's Emma, full of banter, bookish warmth, and a love story that sneaks up on you.
